Circle Meeting - 28 August 2014
We've never featured an ordinary monthly meeting in the blog, but as this is the backbone of Catenian life on which all else hangs, I though it was time we did. After the meeting Tobias Melia gave a talk on the work of HCPT The Pilgrimage Trust, which is our President's Charity this year.

Loxwood Boat Trip (Wey & Arun Canal) - 10 August 2014
Our trip today was on the 27-seater canal boat Zachariah Keppel, courtesy of the Wey & Arun Canal Trust. It was preceded by lunch at the Onslow Arms, Loxwood, which is right next to the canal and the embarkation point.
Although it poured with rain during lunch, the weather was perfect for the boat trip which lasted a bit over 2 ½ hours.
One of the four-man crew of the boat (all enthusiastic amateurs) was Robin Charles, Treasurer of St John's Horsham.
