Our hosts welcome us to the meal

 A party of seven from Crawley Circle visited Worthing & Chanctonbury Circle on what may well be their last meeting as a circle. Because of increasing difficulty in finding people to fill the circle officer positions, they have applied to hand back their charter as a circle and revert to the status of a group.

As far as we could make out, being a group entails less work and more fun - how do we apply?
